About Ssacop	English (USA)
Welcome to the Species Status Assessment (SSA) Community of Practice! This site is designed to improve communication among SSA practitioners, and to assist in mentoring newer practitioners by providing them access to more experienced practitioners including the members of the SSA Framework Implementation Team (FIT), and for everyone to learn from other's experience in implementing this fledgling assessment process. Additionally it may be used occasionally as an additional format to communicate nuances, updates, or lessons learned in applying the SSA Framework, to reach out to staff willing to volunteer to test new tools, and to quickly pass on any national policies, guidance, etc. that have high relevance to work done within SSAs. Subscribing to Ssacop
