This list is designed to facilitate discussion among FWS staff needs for effective negotiation with project proponents regarding the consideration, analysis, and implementation of measures to reduce the production of avian stressors related to project development. The USFWS Migratory Bird Program, Branch of Bird Conservation is currently developing information, tools, and training that will aid more efficient and effective communication and coordination with project proponents for reducing project-related impacts on birds and their habitats. This list will be used to gather needs and discuss best practices to benefit this subject matter. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Fws_migbird_itt Archives. Using Fws_migbird_itt
